Listing Terms
Local Finds SG is operated by Leap Digital. These terms apply to every business listed on it and to anyone who applies for a listing, in addition to our Terms of Service.
How listings are created
We add businesses we have sourced or that have applied and been accepted. Listing is by invitation. It is free, and it is not for sale.
Who can apply
You must be the owner of the business or someone authorised to act for it. By applying, you confirm that this is the case and that the information you give us is accurate and lawful.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Please keep them current and tell us at support@growdashx.com if anything changes.
Verification
A listing becomes Verified when we have talked with the owner, confirmed they provide the services listed, and made sure the details on their profile are accurate. Verification is free. We may grant, withhold, or revoke Verified status at our discretion. See the Verification page for what Verified and Unverified mean.
Reviews
Each listing may show one to three short customer reviews that we select. You cannot require particular reviews to be shown or removed, except where a review breaches these terms or is shown to be false.
What you may not submit
Do not give us, or ask us to publish:
- fake, inflated, or incentivised reviews or ratings;
- services that are illegal or that you are not licensed to provide;
- misleading or deceptive claims; or
- content that is discriminatory, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights.
Our rights over listings
We may edit, decline, or remove any listing, and grant or remove Verified status, at our discretion. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, or level of visibility for a listing.
Use of your content
You grant Leap Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the text, images, and logos you provide to run Local Finds SG and to promote it and your listing, including on our own social media and marketing channels. You keep ownership of your content.
Removing a listing
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing support@growdashx.com. We will action removal requests promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
